Wood Grain Whale Unisex French Terry Pullover
$49.95
The sperm whale isn't just the largest toothed whale (and the largest toothed predator on the planet) — it also has the biggest brain of any animal on Earth!
Connecticut was a major hub of the commercial whaling industry from the 18th through the 19th century. Whale oil was used as a machine lubricant, lamp fuel, and in soaps, margarine, and explosives. After the industry drove the species to the brink of extinction, Connecticut paid homage to the sperm whale by naming it the state animal in 1975.
This pullover is cut from a lightweight French terry knit and features a v-notch front collar, raglan sleeves, and a banded bottom hem.
The original design is hand-printed in cinder + salt's zero-waste printshop using reclaimed inks.
- Fabric Content: 52% Cotton, 48% Poly
- Cut & Sewn in Nicaragua
- Hand-printed in Connecticut
