Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


IMPORTANT STORE POLICIES & INFORMATION 

  • It is not possible to change the shipping address, adjust an order, or cancel an order after it is placed as processing and packing happens very quickly.
  • Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.
  • Customers are solely responsible for selecting the product they want, verifying the product quantity is correct, and recognizing there will be a shipping charge before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund.
  • Customers have 30 days to report missing packages/products to get a replacement or refund.
  • If a package is returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable, we will not reship it to the same address.
  • Only 1 promo/coupon code may be used at a time.
  • Promo codes cannot be used to buy gift certificates.
