A taste of summer with subtle spice and heat from fresh ginger. Made with fresh rhubarb from our farm and brought to us by our neighbors mixed with organic lemon juice, and organic cane sugar.
With just the right combination of luck and chance, we found ourselves in a 200 year old farmhouse on the coast of downeast Maine. When we began farming, we wanted fresh food that was good for ourselves and the land we steward. What we never expected was for the land to provide such abundance and for it to taste so good!
