  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 Business Days 

Contiguous United States only. Your entire order must ship to the same address. Certain products excluded as noted in their descriptions. Delivery time includes warehouse processing and shipping transit time. Delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed. Packages ship from Dover, Delaware.

We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the US.

    • Unfortunately, it is usually NOT possible to change the shipping address, adjust an order, or cancel an order after it is placed as processing and packing happens very quickly in many instances.
    • Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.
    • Customers are solely responsible for verifying product quantities requested before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund if order quantities are wrong.
    • Customers have 30 days to report missing packages/products to get a replacement or refund.
    • If a package is returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable, we will not reship it to the same address.
    • Only 1 promo/coupon code may be used at a time.
