About Lighthouse Keeper's Pantry: Cape Cod native Kelly O’Connell spent nearly 20 years in New York City developing products and marketing for lifestyle brands like Martha Stewart and The Pioneer Woman. In 2020, she began making jam for her toast-loving father—a hobby that led to a roadside pop-up and, by 2021, the launch of Lighthouse Keeper’s gourmet foods with business partner Greg Bilezikian. Today, their café and shop, Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry, sits on Cape Cod’s scenic Route 6A, offering small-batch creations inspired by the recipes of a Sandy Neck Beach lighthouse keeper.
