Drink this blend to help you to be more receptive to the energies of the retrograde (which can often show you new perspectives), to feel grounded, and relaxed during what can be a difficult time.
Ingredients: marshmallow root, skullcap, chamomile, elderflower, lavender, ginkgo, and vervain.
