Packages ship via the FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

  • Orders up to $124.99 = $7.95
  • Orders of $125 or more = FREE*

We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the US.

    • Unfortunately, it is usually NOT possible to change the shipping address, adjust an order, or cancel an order after it is placed as processing and packing happens very quickly in many instances.
    • Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.
    • Customers are solely responsible for verifying product quantities requested before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund if order quantities are wrong.
    • Customers have 45 days to report missing packages/products to get a replacement or refund.
    • If a package is returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable, we will not reship it to the same address.

    • Promo codes cannot be used to buy gift certificates.

    • We do NOT ship to prisons. If you order anyway and the package is returned by the prison you will NOT be refunded original shipping charges.
