    In this day and age, I really wish this was available electronically. I spend time going back and forth between my regular and vacation home, and would appreciate having a digital copy.

    was a seller until i saw paperback. the best of cookbooks come hard covered. i've got a hardcovered cookbook from the 70's paper doesn't last that long.

    Best New England Recipes

    I recently purchased six of these books to hand out to my friends and relatives at a Christmas gathering. I was very, very disappointed when I saw the recipes. There are too many new recipes with many, many ingredients. These are not the Best New England Recipes in my opinion. I was expecting to see all the old traditional recipes that our grandparent and parents and I have been making for years and that is what I wanted to pass on. Sorry, these recipes may be good but they do not fit the bill or the title.
